We pass this through at near-cost rather than baking it into a higher monthly subscription, which keeps your ongoing membership at $49. There is no extra charge for the follow-up lab panels every six months.
No catch. You can cancel from your dashboard in two clicks — no calls, no retention agents, no friction. You keep access through the end of your billing cycle, and you keep your data forever. If you cancel within 30 days and your first consult didn't deliver real clinical value, we refund your membership in full.
