What exactly do I get for $49/month?
Your $199 start includes the complete 100+ marker panel, a blood draw at Quest (or BioReference if you’re in New York or New Jersey), an initial consultation with your dedicated clinician, and a personalized action plan.

Your $49/month membership includes a 15-minute consultation at Month 3, a full retest followed by a 30-minute results review at Month 6, a check-in at Month 9, and another full retest and consultation at Month 12. That cycle continues while you’re a member.

You also get unlimited access to your clinician through concierge text messaging, so you can reach out at any point. Membership includes continued access to prescriptions and ordering refills, as well as having your clinician create or adjust your personalized supplement packs. These ongoing services are available to active members.

Year one is $738 in total: the $199 start plus eleven months at $49, before any optional add-ons.
Do I keep my own doctor?
Yes. EverSpan works alongside your primary care physician and any specialists you see. Your results and your clinician's notes live in your medical record, and you can share them with any clinician you choose. If your clinician and your doctor disagree, we send our reasoning to your doctor and you decide with both in front of you.
When will I get my results?
Results are usually ready in five to ten days and land in the EverSpan Life app.
Do you offer mobile or at-home blood draws?
We intentionally partner with Quest for in-person blood draws, prioritizing accurate, consistent results across your full biomarker panel. In New York and New Jersey, we partner with BioReference.
Who reviews my results?
A licensed clinician, not an algorithm. They review every panel, document findings in your medical record, and meet with you one-on-one to walk through what matters and what to do next.
What if I stop responding?
Someone follows up. Our care coordinators reach out to get your next milestone on the calendar, and if two attempts go unanswered, your own clinician contacts you directly. “Never pushed” on this page is about products: nothing is sold to you that your results did not call for. Following up on your care is a different thing, and we do it.
I'm in my forties and feel fine. Why test now?
Feeling fine and being fine are different questions, and a standard physical mostly answers the first. The markers that move earliest, ApoB, fasting insulin, HbA1c, hs-CRP, ferritin, and your hormones, are usually not on it. A baseline now gives every future result something to be compared against, and a clinician who tells you which numbers matter and which can wait.
Will my clinician address perimenopause?
Yes. The panel includes estradiol, FSH, LH, progesterone, DHEA-S, and SHBG, and your clinician reads them alongside your symptoms and history rather than as isolated numbers. Where hormone support is clinically indicated, it is prescribed and followed by the same clinician, with the retests built into membership.
Do you test testosterone?
Total and free testosterone are part of every baseline, for men and women, with SHBG and the testosterone to estradiol ratio so the number is read in context. If a result and your symptoms point the same way, your clinician walks you through what it means and which options are clinically appropriate. Nothing is prescribed from one number.
Can EverSpan prescribe treatment?
When clinically indicated, your clinician can prescribe therapies including hormone support and weight-management medication. Prescriptions are fulfilled through licensed U.S. pharmacy partners. EverSpan does not source gray-market or research-use-only products. EverSpan Life maintains active LegitScript Healthcare Certification.
I'm on thyroid medication and still feel off. Will that be looked at?
Yes. Every baseline includes TSH, Free T3, Total T4 with a free T4 index, and TPO antibodies, read together and against how you feel rather than as a single TSH. If your clinician thinks the picture is incomplete, Reverse T3 and Free T4 can be added at scheduling, and any change to your medication is made and followed by the same clinician.
My cholesterol is high. Is this just diet and exercise advice?
No. Your panel reads ApoB, LDL, non-HDL cholesterol, triglycerides and hs-CRP together, with Lp(a) available as an add-on. Your clinician builds the plan around those numbers and retests them at Month 6. When medication is clinically indicated, your clinician discusses it with you and prescribes it, filled through licensed U.S. pharmacy partners.
Can I bring labs I already have?
Please do. Share prior results at your first consultation and your clinician reads your baseline against them, so your trends start on day one instead of at Month 6. If you track sleep or activity on a wearable, that is useful context too.
Is EverSpan available in my state?
EverSpan is available in 44 states and Washington, DC. Not yet: Alaska, Arkansas, Massachusetts, New Mexico, Rhode Island, and South Carolina. Your draw happens at a partner lab near you (find a location).
Do you take insurance?
No, by design. Insurance pays for sick care and reimburses by the visit, which is a different model from this one. Membership is a flat $49 a month after the $199 start, and it is HSA / FSA eligible, so most members pay with pre-tax dollars and get itemized receipts for anything their plan will reimburse. Prescriptions go to your pharmacy and your insurance as usual, or are priced first if you prefer to pay cash.
Can I use my HSA or FSA?
Yes. EverSpan is HSA/FSA eligible, and we provide clear, itemized receipts. Reimbursement rules vary by plan, so confirm details with your administrator.
What if I want to cancel?
Membership is month-to-month. To cancel, message our concierge texting line, and our team will coordinate your cancellation with you. You can cancel anytime. Milestones are included while you are a member.
