Every member starts with our Complete Biomarker Panel, covering 100+ individual biomarkers and dozens of vital ratios across key systems, including cardiovascular, metabolic, hormonal, immune, and more. We will use the results to calculate your: Biological Age, EverScore, Longevity Outlook, Cardiometabolic Health, Hormonal Health, Cognitive Performance, Muscle & Joint Health, Cellular Energy & Nutrients, and Metabolic Efficiency.

Your 100+ biomarker panel is run twice per year — every six months — as part of your membership, so your care team is always working from current data. Specialty testing is ordered separately when clinical judgment calls for it.

Results are typically available in your dashboard within 7–10 business days after your blood draw. You'll be notified as soon as they're ready.

Yes. We offer access to advanced specialty testing, including Gut Microbiome analysis, Genetic testing, the Galleri® Multi-Cancer screening, and DUTCH hormone tests. Any member can trigger a specialty test with a single tap in the app.

Where clinically appropriate, following a full clinical evaluation by your care team, hormone therapy, GLP-1 therapy, and peptide therapy are available. All prescriptions are filled through a state-regulated compounding pharmacy — DEA registered where controlled substances are involved.

The 100+ biomarker Standard panel and the specialty testing lineup (DUTCH, Vibrant, Galleri, Prenuvo, genetics) are performed in CLIA-certified, CAP-accredited laboratories — the correct regulatory standard for lab-developed tests. FDA approval is not the applicable regulatory descriptor for lab-developed tests.

When your care team decides that hormone therapy, GLP-1 therapy, or peptide therapy is clinically appropriate for you, every prescription is filled by a licensed compounding pharmacy — state board regulated in every state where it operates and ships. Compounded medications are not FDA approved; the FDA does not review compounded preparations for safety or efficacy. This is standard for all compounded therapy dispensed by any provider.

Genetic testing analyzes your DNA to provide insights into health risks, nutrient metabolism, and other personalized data. Genetic tests and other advanced testing can be ordered directly from the EverSpan Life dashboard app. Genetic test kits will be shipped directly to your door. You do not need to go to a lab.

Prescribed medications and supplements can be ordered directly from the EverSpan Life dashboard app and will be delivered directly to your door in a timely fashion.

No. After the one-time $199 onboarding, membership is $49/month with no long-term contract. The relationship is designed to continue because it keeps delivering value, not because you are locked in.

Twice per year retesting is covered in your membership fee. We also provide access to our negotiated lab rates if you'd like to test more than twice a year or dive deeper into lab panels beyond our ESL Complete Panel.

Specialty diagnostics (DUTCH, Vibrant, Galleri, Prenuvo, genetics) are add-ons ordered by your care team when clinically indicated. Pricing is shared at the time your care team recommends a test so you can decide with full information.

EverSpan Life membership is billed directly to you. Many members use HSA or FSA funds where eligible; eligibility depends on your plan administrator, so check with them before enrolling. We provide itemized receipts for reimbursement, and you can pay directly with your benefits card at checkout.

We do not accept insurance, and that is by design. The insurance system ("sick care") is often reactionary and opaque. By operating independently, we can offer transparent pricing and ensure your care is dictated by your biology, not an insurance adjuster's checklist.

Every insurance plan is different. We recommend checking with your provider. Please note that EverSpan Life does not provide specific medical diagnosis codes (ICD-10) for insurance reimbursement, as our focus is on proactive optimization rather than treating existing "sick care" diagnoses.
