How do I know if EverSpan Life is for me?
EverSpan Life is for people who want to take a more active role in their health and wellness. We believe that by testing, tracking, and optimizing your vital biomarkers, it is possible to live a longer, healthier life than previous generations. EverSpan Life is for you if you are looking to perform at your highest level, achieve and maintain optimal weight, balance hormones, sleep better, have more energy, or slow the aging process.
If I already feel healthy, why do I need this?
Even healthy people can have silent risks. Tracking biomarkers helps you catch small issues before they grow, and gives you the data to keep performing at your best. When you're in optimal health EVERYTHING in life is better.

The Experience: Testing & Care
How is EverSpan Life different from my primary care physician (PCP)?
Traditional healthcare often waits until you are sick to react ("sick care") and typically checks only about a dozen basic biomarkers. At EverSpan Life, we are proactive. We test and track over 100 biomarkers to provide a "Total Biological Transparency" that helps you optimize your health before issues arise.
Does EverSpan replace my primary care doctor?
No. We complement your primary care provider. Our role is to help you optimize and extend your healthspan, not manage acute or emergency health issues.
Will I be treated by a real doctor or an AI?
You will always be treated by a human. While we use advanced technology to track your data, every medical decision is overseen by licensed medical professionals. We believe healthcare is a relationship, not a transaction, and we do not rely on algorithms to diagnose you.
Which tests are included?
Every member starts with our Complete Biomarker Panel, covering 80+ individual biomarkers and dozens of vital ratios across key systems including, cardiovascular, metabolic, hormonal, immune, and more. We will use the results to calculate your: Biological Age, EverScore, Longevity Outlook, Cardiometabolic Health, Hormonal Health, Cognitive Performance, Muscle & Joint Health, Cellular Energy & Nutrients, and Metabolic Efficiency.
What is the "EverScore" I see on my dashboard?
Your EverScore is a single, weighted index that simplifies your complex health data. It combines results from key categories—like Cardiometabolic Health, Hormonal Balance, and Cellular Energy—to give you a clear, big-picture view of your biological age and longevity outlook.
What is "Concierge Messaging"?
Think of this as your "Hotline to Health". You can message your dedicated care team directly through our app 24/7. Whether you have a question about a supplement, need a prescription refill, or just need advice, we are here to support you.
How often will I get tested?
Consistency is key to longevity.
- EverSpan Life Members: typically receive a check-in every quarter and "deep-dive" diagnostic panel every 6 months.
- Executive Members: receive comprehensive testing every quarter (90 days) to closely monitor optimization. In addition to the complete pane, Executive members get genetic testing and three specialty tests per year.
Do I have to go to a clinic for blood work?
Not if you don't want to. While we have a network of partner labs you can visit, we also offer "Luxury on Demand". For an additional fee (or included in the Executive Plan), we will send a mobile phlebotomist to your home or office to collect your sample—no waiting rooms, no commutes.
How long do results take?
Results are typically available in your dashboard within 7-10 business days after your blood draw. You'll be notified as soon as they're ready.
What happens during my Clinical Consult meetings?
You will meet one-on-one with your dedicated clinician—a provider who knows your personal story, and has access to all your test results. Together, you will review your latest "numbers," discuss symptoms like fatigue or sleep issues, and adjust your personalized health plan to ensure you are meeting your goals.
What does the EverSpan Concierge do?
Your concierge team coordinates your labs, consultations, helps manage prescriptions or supplements, and keeps your care seamless from start to finish. Think of this as your "Hotline to Health". You can message your dedicated care team directly through our app 24/7. Whether you have a question about a supplement, need a prescription refill, or just need advice, we are here to support you.
Can I get specialized testing beyond standard blood work?
Yes. We offer access to advanced specialty testing, including Gut Microbiome analysis, Genetic testing, the Galleri® Multi-Cancer screening, and DUTCH hormone tests. Any member can trigger a specialty test with a single tap in the app.
What is genetic testing?
Genetic testing analyzes your DNA to provide insights into health risks, nutrient metabolism, and other personalized data. Genetic tests, and other advanced testing can be ordered directly from the EverSpan Life dashboard app. Genetic test kits will be shipped directly to your door. You do not need to go to a lab.
Prescriptions, Supplements & Products
What kind of treatments or support are available?
Based on your results, our providers may recommend nutrition protocols, supplements, peptides, hormone support, or prescription therapies.
What if I need a prescription?
If your blood work indicates a need for clinical intervention (such as hormone therapy or metabolic support), your clinician can prescribe it. We offer "Preferred Pricing" on prescriptions to ensure you aren't overpaying for your vitality.
How do I receive my prescriptions and supplements?
Prescribed medications and supplements can be ordered directly from the EverSpan Life dashboard app and will be delivered directly to your door in a timely fashion.
What pharmacies do you work with for prescriptions?
Quality and safety are our top priorities. We only work with FDA-licensed, LegitScript Certified pharmacies located in the U.S. We do not import any products from other countries, ensuring that any medication or peptide you receive meets the highest medical standards.
Do you offer supplements?
Yes, but only what you need. We believe you should stop wasting money on generic vitamins and only take what your blood work proves you are deficient in. Members receive exclusive discounts on our medical-grade supplement line.
Do you guarantee quality on your products?
Absolutely. All products and prescriptions are sourced from licensed U.S. pharmacies and third-party tested for purity and potency.
Pricing, Insurance & Logistics
How much does the membership cost?
- EverSpan Life Membership: $150 one-time lab fee, and then $49 per month. There is no extra charge for the follow-up lab panels every six months.
- Executive Membership: $9,000 annually (or $2,399 quarterly). If joining with a partner, you will receive 10% off the second annual Executive Membership.
What is included in the $49/month fee?
Your monthly fee covers your "Biological Command Center": 24/7 concierge messaging, 1:1 clinical consults, and re-testing every 6 months, access to the EverSpan app for tracking your data and progress, and exclusive access to member pricing on labs, prescriptions, and supplements.
Are lab tests included in the monthly fee?
- Executive Plan: Yes, your quarterly panels are included.
- EverSpan Life Plan ($49/mo): bi-annual retesting is covered in the fee. We also provide access to our negotiated lab rates, if you'd like to test more than twice a year, or dive deeper into lab panels beyond our ESL Complete Panel. Because we believe in value, we often pass these on at cost or with minimal or no markup—we invest in the relationship, not the margin on your labs.
Do you accept insurance?
We do not accept insurance, and that is by design. The insurance system ("sick care") is often reactionary and opaque. By operating independently, we can offer transparent pricing and ensure your care is dictated by your biology, not an insurance adjuster's checklist.
Can I use my HSA or FSA card?
Yes. While we are insurance-free, our services are typically HSA/FSA eligible. We provide clear, itemized receipts including dates of service and charge descriptions that you can submit to your HSA/FSA provider for reimbursement.
Will my insurance reimburse me for the membership fees?
Every insurance plan is different. We recommend checking with your provider. However, please note that EverSpan Life does not provide specific medical diagnosis codes (ICD-10) for insurance reimbursement, as our focus is on proactive optimization rather than treating existing "sick care" diagnoses.
Can I expense this as a business or executive benefit?
Many high performers do. Investing in your health directly impacts focus, energy, and productivity. Ask your tax professional for guidance. If you want to get EverSpan Life for your organization please contact us.
Is there a long-term contract?
Your EverSpan Life membership is month to month. The plan automatically renews for your convenience. You can cancel at any time. We aim to be your partner for life, but we don't lock you in with restrictive long-term contracts for the base membership.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Absolutely. You can start with the EverSpan Life plan and add "Luxury on Demand" services—like mobile phlebotomy or extra specialty tests—whenever you need them. If you decide you need the full white-glove experience, you can upgrade to the Executive Membership at any time.
Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?
Refund policies vary by plan and service type (e.g., services already rendered like blood draws vs. future membership fees). Please review our specific terms or reach out to our concierge team for details.
How do I cancel my membership?
We make it simple. If you need to pause or end your journey with us, you can easily cancel directly from the iPhone or Android mobile app, or via our web portal.

Is my data secure?
Yes. We use HIPAA-compliant encryption and data protocols to ensure your information remains completely confidential.
Who owns my data?
You do. You can download or delete your health data from your account at any time.
