Here’s how the EverExecutive plan works:
STEP 1

Sign Up & Schedule Your Blood Test

As soon as you enroll, you’ll gain instant access to schedule a quick and convenient blood test. The cost of your blood test is included in your membership fee.

We’ll help you find a nearby location and prep for your test—the test itself takes just 5–10 minutes.

STEP 2

Get Your Results in ~14 Days

Your lab results will be ready in about 14 days, giving you comprehensive insights into 100+ key health markers.

STEP 3

Genetic tests are ordered day 1

Results are very extensive and take roughly 4 weeks to receive.

STEP 4

Personalized 1:1 Clinical Meeting

Once your results are in, you’ll meet virtually with your dedicated clinician. The cost of this meeting is included in your membership fee.

You’ll:

• Review your results in detail
• Receive a tailored action plan for your health goals
• Receive expert recommendations on supplements or prescription products, if needed

Specialty Testing & Visits

Throughout your one year team, order and receive 3 Custom Specialized tests that best align with your health goals.

On top of that, you’ll have access to a personalized dashboard that lets you view your test results and action plan, schedule appointments and tests, message with your provider, and shop recommended supplements.

What To Expect

When you join EverSpan Life, you’ll start with a comprehensive blood test to analyze key biomarkers. Once your lab results are complete, you'll have a 60 minute consultation with an expert longevity clinician. They will create a personalize health plan tailored to ensure you meet your goals. Depending on your plan, you’ll receive access to prescriptions, supplements, action plans, and ongoing support to optimize your longevity. It’s a science-backed, all-in-one approach to proactive health.

How do I know which plan is right for me?

What can I expect during my monthly Clinical Consult meetings?

Each month, you'll meet one-on-one with your dedicated healthcare provider to review your progress and optimize your health plan. They’ll analyze your latest blood work, discuss any symptoms or goals, and adjust your personalized protocols as needed. You'll have time to ask questions and plan next steps.

What is Concierge Messaging and how does it work?

You can directly message your team at any time with questions you have.They will reply promptly to answer questions, support you, and provide expert guidance throughout your health journey.

I finished my initial plan. Do you offer ongoing support?

Yes! You have the option to renew your initial plan or transition to the EverLife loyalty plan for $149 per month. With it, you’ll still receive 1:1 clinical consults, concierge messaging, lab access for Blood work, and ongoing prescription access.

Where can I get my blood work done?

It depends on your plan! Our EverExecutive plan includes home/office phlebotomy for added convenience. If you sign up for EverHealthy & EverHealthy+, blood work is conducted at our national partnered labs (locations provided after sign-up). For an additional fee, you can have home/office phlebotomy scheduled for the EverHealthy(+) plans.

If I’m recommended a prescription, how do I receive it?

If you’re recommended a prescription, it will be delivered directly to your door. 

What is genetic testing?

Genetic testing analyzes your DNA to provide insights into health risks, nutrient metabolism, and other personalized data. This is included in the EverHealthy+ and EverExecutive plans.
