Which tests are included?

Every member starts with our Complete Biomarker Panel, covering 80+ individual biomarkers and dozens of vital ratios across key systems including, cardiovascular, metabolic, hormonal, immune, and more. We will use the results to calculate your:

What kind of treatments or support are available?

Based on your results, our providers may recommend nutrition protocols, supplements, peptides, hormone support, or prescription therapies.

How is EverSpan different from traditional healthcare?

Traditional care treats disease after it appears. EverSpan focuses on detecting imbalances early, optimizing vital biomarkers and health scores, and preventing illness and disease before symptoms start. It’s proactive medicine, not reactive care.

What can I expect during my Clinical Consult meetings?

You'll meet one-on-one with your dedicated healthcare provider to review and explain your lab results, discuss your personal health goals, and your progress toward optimizing your health plan. They’ll always analyze your latest blood work, and adjust your personalized protocols as needed. You'll have time to ask questions and plan next steps.

What is Concierge Messaging and how does it work?

Concierge-style messaging means you have 24/7 access to your care team.  You can directly message us at any time via our secure, HIPPA-compliant platform and a real human will promptly respond to answer questions, support your needs, and provide expert guidance throughout your health journey.  

Where do I get my blood work done?

Blood work is conducted at our national partnered labs. Locations near you will be provided after sign-up.  For an additional fee, you can have home/office phlebotomy scheduled at your convenience.

How do I receive my prescriptions and supplements?

Prescribed medications and supplements can be ordered directly from the EverSpan Life dashboard app and will be delivered directly to your door in a timely fashion.

If I already feel healthy, why do I need this?

Even healthy people can have silent risks. Tracking biomarkers helps you catch small issues before they grow, and gives you the data to keep performing at your best.  When you’re in optimal health EVERYTHING in life is better.

What is genetic testing?

Genetic testing analyzes your DNA to provide insights into health risks, nutrient metabolism, and other personalized data. Genetic tests, and other advanced testing can be ordered directly from the EverSpan Life dashboard app. Genetic test kits will be shipped directly to your door.  You do not need to go to a lab.

Where is EverSpan Life available?

Testing & Results
Can I use my health insurance?

We don’t accept insurance at this time, but many members use HSA or FSA funds to pay. All pricing is transparent and you’ll receive a detailed invoice after purchase.

Can insurance reimburse my EverSpan Life membership and purchases?

Every insurance plan is different, so we always recommend checking with your provider ahead of time to see if your program fee is eligible for reimbursement. Please note that EverSpan Life does not supply a Tax ID, medical diagnosis, or diagnostic codes, which some insurance companies may require.

Why can’t I just get these tests through my doctor?

Most physicians only order a handful of basic labs (about a dozen biomarkers). EverSpan tests and tracks hundreds of vital biomarkers that reveal much more about your overall health, your biological age, inflammation, nutrient levels, hormone balance, and longevity pathways.

Can I test more often than once a year?

Yes. You can repeat your panels and/or add focused tests such as hormone, toxin, cancer screens, and genetics whenever you want to track your progress, and get more focused.

How long do results take?

Results are typically available in your dashboard within 7–10 business days after your blood draw. You’ll be notified as soon as they’re ready.

Care Team & Concierge
How is this different from my annual physical?

A typical physical checks a dozen labs. We test and analyze hundreds of vital biomarkers and track your biological age, inflammation, and system health over time in the EverSpan dashboard app. We also provide actionable insights, concierge-style text communications, and access to therapeutic supplements and prescriptions.

Does EverSpan replace my primary care doctor?

No. We complement your primary care provider. Our role is to help you optimize and extend your healthspan, not manage acute or emergency health issues.

What does the EverSpan Concierge do?

Your concierge team coordinates your labs, consultations, helps manage prescriptions or supplements, and keeps your care seamless from start to finish. You can text them 24/7.

Payments & Membership Terms
Can I use HSA or FSA funds?

Yes. Members can pay with an HSA/FSA issued credit card and/or submit EverSpan receipts for HSA/FSA reimbursement.

Can I expense this as a business or executive benefit?

Many high performers do. Investing in your health directly impacts focus, energy, and productivity. Ask your tax professional for guidance.  If you want to get EverSpan Life for your organization please contact us.

Do you offer refunds?

Because we begin processing labs immediately after sign-up, memberships are non-refundable once your test has shipped. If you haven’t yet completed your blood draw, contact support for assistance.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel at any time by using our concierge messaging service to inform your team.

Prescriptions & Products
Can EverSpan prescribe medications or supplements?

Yes. Our licensed providers can prescribe targeted therapies such as hormones, peptides, or other medications related to your health & wellness goals. We also offer curated, medical-grade supplements based on your personal biomarker data.

Do you guarantee quality on your products?

Absolutely. All products and prescriptions are sourced from licensed U.S. pharmacies and third-party tested for purity and potency.

Privacy & Data Security
Is my data secure?

Yes. We use HIPAA-compliant encryption and data protocols to ensure your information remains completely confidential.

Who owns my data?

You do. You can download or delete your health data from your account at any time.
