How much does membership cost?
Your $199 start covers the first month, the initial Complete Panel and lab draw, a clinician consultation, and your personal plan. Membership is then $49 per month.
Year one totals $738: $199 plus eleven monthly payments of $49, before optional purchases and any applicable lab surcharge. BioReference testing carries a $300 lab surcharge due to state billing laws. Membership is month to month.

The cycle continues while you are a member. Concierge messaging is available in every month, including the months with scheduled visits and testing.
What else is included?
Membership includes ongoing access to your results and recommendations in the app, unlimited concierge text messaging, clinical guidance, prescription and refill support when appropriate, and creation or adjustment of personalized supplement packs. Members receive 20% off supplements.
What costs extra?
Medications, supplements, personalized supplement products, enhanced panels, genetics, and additional individual tests are optional and priced separately. Discuss suitability and costs before choosing to purchase.
Can I use insurance, HSA, or FSA funds?
Membership is paid directly and is not billed to insurance. EverSpan is HSA/FSA eligible and provides itemized receipts. Reimbursement depends on your plan, so confirm eligibility with its administrator. Medication coverage depends on your pharmacy and insurance arrangements.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel anytime by messaging the concierge texting line. The team coordinates cancellation with you. Included milestones and ongoing clinical services are available while your membership is active.
